SAVAGE PRECISION

Micro-tolerance mechanical restoration.

We calibrate vintage musical instruments and complex analog linkages to original specifications. No diagnostic laptops, no rushed work. Just absolute mechanical empathy and slop-free performance.

/ THE METHOD

Mechanical empathy defined.

Modern repair shops reject cast-iron sewing machines, vintage carburetors, and temperamental tube gear because they cannot plug a diagnostic scanner into them. We work with feeler gauges and physical alignment.

Every guitar setup or mechanical overhaul begins with measuring tolerances down to thousandths of an inch. We eliminate the mechanical slop that robs an instrument of its tone and physical feedback.

THE SPECIFICATIONS

Calibrated to thousandths.

We document every measurement before and after restoration. Our bench is equipped for physical calibration, structural woodwork, and micro-linkage alignment.

Micro Tolerances

Escapement timing for manual typewriters, timing calibration for vintage sewing machines, and dual-throat carburetor rebuilding.

Every clearance is verified using precision dial indicators and hardened steel feeler gauges to guarantee slop-free linkage operation.

Complete intonation sweeps, neck relief adjustments, and precision fret leveling to eliminate fret buzz and dead spots.
